14-day refund
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, and within 14 days of an annual renewal. No reason needed.
Monthly renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep using the app until the end of that month.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with the email you bought with, or contact Paddle, our reseller, through paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
After a refund
The license is cancelled and stops working on your computers at their next online check, which the app does daily. Your projects and flows stay on your computer.
Your rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
