Buying through Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself.
Plans and licenses
The CI runner is free for any number of runs, devices and pipelines. The desktop app needs a license after its 14-day free trial.
A Pro license is for one person. A Team license is bought per seat, one seat per person. Each seat can be activated on up to 2 computers at a time; deactivate a computer in the app to move the license to another.
Your license key is for you or your organisation only. Don't share it, resell it, or use it beyond the seats you've paid for.
Subscriptions and cancelling
Plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your receipt; the app keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll tell you before a price change applies to your next renewal.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Use Dev Scenario only on devices and apps you're allowed to test. Don't try to get around the license checks, remove them, or reverse engineer the app to do so.
Your work
Your projects, flows, reports and test data are yours. They're stored on your computer and in places you choose, such as your own Git repository. We don't claim any rights in them.
Active development
Dev Scenario is in active development. Features, plans and prices may change; we'll give notice of changes that affect what you've paid for.
Warranty and liability
Dev Scenario is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those required by law and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
Ending these terms
You can stop using Dev Scenario at any time. We may suspend a license that breaks these terms, for example a shared or resold key.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
